Deep Breath

I feel like a whining child. "I don't wanna go!"
This is the recurring stream running through my head. With the wedding quickly approaching I find myself overwhelmed with anxiety.
The first thought of Lewistown and I have to remind myself to breathe.

    VISUALIZATION

    Maybe you can visualize yourself having fun with husband and good friend. Just keep visualizing yourself in a positive atmosphere.

  2. The visualization and deep breathing sound like good ideas. My mom suffers anxiety attacks and tries both method with some level of success.
    I hope you can relax enough to havea good time.

    Yup. Breathe. And remember that you are far, far strong than the anxiety. You can do it. Logic will be right there with you.
