Wow! Congratulations and Good Luck. Hopefully you association (and owner/neighbors) are more cooperative than mine. :)
We're very lucky right now. Our association only has 11 members and we like 9 of them. We've all been doing a lot of renovation and are planning a Progressive Dinner in the near future. Should be fun.
Oh, and it was so cute when Logic was nominated. He looked so proud. :D
